Friends in the 7/12 passage, village pattern seven i.e. right record sheet is written at the top and below it, village name taluka, and district is written. Digitally signed 8a / What is 8a Utara?

Friends, if you look at the 8A utara, you will understand how much land is in the name of the same person at different places in the village. An account number is given to the lands in such different places and the sheet on which the details of all those lands i.e. the total amount of the land and the tax due on it is given is called 8A extract. This makes it easier for the administration to levy taxes.
Friends, at the top of the 8A utara is written Village Form 8A, Dharan Land Register (Agricultural) i.e. Asamivar Khatawani Jamabandi Sheet.
Under it, the name of the village, taluka and district is written
So in the top left corner is the year of which the 8A transcript is and in the right corner is the date of receipt of the 8A transcript. And the details of the rest of the information are mentioned in some sections as follows.
The first part of it is the entry book in village sample six – it contains the account number and it is written whether the account number is individual or shared.
Then the second column is land survey number and sub-division number – it contains the land survey number and its sub-division mentioned in the said transcript and the names of one or more account holders.
Whereas the next column is that of holding area in which the details of the area held by the account holders are given. Such as cultivable area, fallow area and total area.
Now let us look at the next section which is the tax collection section in which levy or judi, duma land loss is paid in rupees and next to that the local cess i.e. Zilla Parishad and Gram Panchayat tax is paid.

Digitally Signed Ferfar / What is ferfar?

Friends, if you have seen the 7/12 utara, you must have seen some numbers written in circles on it, these numbers are called ferfar numbers, these numbers are taken from the ferfar register i.e. ferfar sheet on the 7/12 utara.
Ferfar is the register in which acquired rights are recorded, the register is also known as Village Form 6 or ferfar Register i.e. ferfar Sheet or Form D. 7/12 Changes are recorded before any rights are registered on the utara. As changes in land rights occur, records of the transactions are made in this ferfar sheet.
Friends, now let us understand the types of ferfar, the first type is Village Form 6A which is the Register of Disputed Cases, which contains the information about the decision of the Inquiry Officer, if there is any dispute about the transaction of land or objection to the ferfar.
Another type is Village Form 6B which is a late fee register, in which late fee entries are made.
The third type is Village Model 6A which is Register of Inheritance Cases, in which their entries are made.
And the fourth type is village pattern 6d which is the pot hissa register, which contains information about the distribution of pot hiya of land as well as land acquisition.
Now let’s see how the ferfar is recorded, friends, after the person who acquires any kind of right in a land by legal document submits the application in the prescribed form to the Talathi office, the record of the said transaction is recorded in the ferfar register and the persons having interest in the said land regarding the acquisition of the right in the said land in form 9 within 15 days. Issue a notice to appear before the time limit. After that the board officer makes a local inquiry about the said ferfar and if there is no complaint about the ferfar then validates such record.

Friends, in Ferfar, the village pattern 6 i.e. Ferfar register or Ferfar sheet is written at the top and below it the name of the village, taluka and district is written.
The serial number of the entry in the ferfar is written in the modification number column,
The second column contains the type of ferfar, the type of entry i.e. purchase entry, heir entry, etc., then the date of ferfar, date of receipt of information at the Talathi office, details of the transaction, date of issue of notice in respect of interest, name of right holder and date of issue of ferfar entry, name and signature of Talathi officer.
Whereas in the third column, the land survey number or group number or survey number related to the transaction is written.
And the fourth column contains the date of verification of the entry, the name of the officer, designation, and the signature of the said officer to ensure that the ferfar is correct.
